SHIPPING & RETURNS
FLAT RATE SHIPPING $10 WITHIN THE US
We ship via UPS/USPS or Fedex. We aim to have your package shipped within 24hrs of the purchase. If you make a purchase after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend shipping will occur on the next business day. Tracking will be provided via email. If you would like an estimate on shipping times please drop us a line at email@example.com
Rug Shipping and lead times:
$10 Flat Rate with in the US
Lead times for stock sized rugs is typically 2-3 weeks. If a rug is not in stock it can be 4-6 weeks.
If you would like an ETA on a rug, drop us a line - firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch ASAP
International shipping! Flat rate of $40 world wide!
*Please note that some countries depending on the item may charge duty and taxes - We cannot control this and it is your responsibility to pay for these charges.
We aim to have your order with you ASAP but please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
If in the unlikely event you want to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
If you change your mind on a purchase you may return it for store credit. It is your responsibility to organise and cover costs of return shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.
You are entitled to a refund or store credit if the item is unsafe, is different to how it has been described or does not do what we said it would.
Damaged during shipping? We hope this hasn't happened to you! If it has, simply send us an email - email@example.com with a description of the damage and a digital photo. We will assess and make a plan of action on a case by case basis. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package.
If you make a purchase or contact us we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information provided. You will not be subscribed to our email distribution list without permission.
